Tier 2 visa with conviction

Post by nizarsd » Wed Oct 12, 2016 4:33 pm

Hi
I was convicted with suspended imprisonment for 14 weeks and in a community order in the Probation Office. I have been on Tier 2 since 2014. The conviction date is Feb 2016.
Do I have to report this conviction to the home office?
Would this lead to any curtailment of my Tier 2 visa ?
Would it affect any future Tier 2 extension or change or employer ?

Please help
Thanks

There is actually a form for reporting change of circumstances for PBS (including Tier 2) migrants herehttps://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-14.pdf
You definitely have to report this in any future visa application.
It is not obvious from the Tier 2 guidance policy if you must report it to the Home Office while on the visa, perhaps more senior members can comment..
