TB test center in Europe for EEA Family Permit

I need to apply for family permit and there is a requirement for TB test. Is there any TB test center in Europe valid for EEA Family permit purpose?

An EEA family permit is valid for six months and is not issued under the Immigration rules. Why do you think there is a TB test requirement?
