Leave extended by section 3C and 3D - 5years

Dear All,

I have an outstanding appeal awaiting for FTT to grant me permission to appeal to UTT ..... its been a while and I assume it will take a while, So am thinking for alternative solution to my complicated case.

After many visits to the UK with different reasons (Diplomat, Student, Visitor ...etc ) I have applied/claimed for asylum in 2011 after I returned to the UK from Libya due to the uprising.

I was granted Humanitarian Protection from 01/08/2011 till 31/07/2012 (1year) where I submitted an IN-TIME application for further leave due to the situation in Libya becoming worst everyday.

HO have refused my application in July 2015 (3 years of waiting) and had to appeal against HO decision and was given a hearing date in July 2016 (1 year waiting).

FTT judge have refused my case and had to request a permission to appeal to UTT which I am still awaiting for a decision (hearing date for UTT) to be made.

3C and 3D extends the leave (previous leave which was HP) whats my chances in applying for Settlement: refugee or humanitarian protection rout.

Please advise me on what action I should take to either switch or speed up the process....
