Can anyone tell me whether the following job spec applies to SOC code 2135 or 2139?

Job description
I am looking for a customer service focused network professional to join my clients NOC and deliver service excellence in the following areas:
-Escalated service operation support to 1st line engineers
-Pre installation customer solution testing
-Engagement with colleagues, partners and customers to resolve complex technical issues.
-ITIL experience
The successful candidate will be experienced in the following:
-Qualified to CCNA/JNCIA or equivalent
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
-High standard of customer care and experience
-Experience with Broadband and Ethernet services
-Network monitoring
It is also desirable that you have:
-Experience with Fortinet products
-ITIL qualification
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a technical support desk
-MCP, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent
