Can you help me my wife more or less in the same situation she applied for wrs in 2010 but that wasn't the first job this was the first time she applied for wrs when she got to know that she have to but after that she worked with the same company for 3 years is that fine or do you think is there a complication in a case if i apply for her passport and also its been more then 5 years since wrs finished so if we count from that time shes been here more then 5 years legally working and under the rule for staying more then 5 years for EU you are permanent resident you dont have to apply for PR is that true or does she still needs PR card.

Hi Fabi,
In my case I received PR and British Citizenship so I think your wife should be granted, too.
Home Office does not interpret late WRS registration as a bad character so don't worry, just she needs to explain that she worked first few years without registration but as soon as she found out she needed to register she has done it.
If nothing changes she needs to apply for PR first.
