Family Assisted Voluntary Return

Hi there,

I am using Assisted Voluntary Return scheme from UKBA for my family and myself to return back to my country. I am allowed up to £2000 per family member on top of my tickets, travel documents that the UKBA is providing.
I somehow found out that out of the £2000, £500 is given to me at the airport but i dont know how the rest is to be given to me.

Can any1 help??
