fiance visa online form help

Hello , everyone my fiancé and I are confused on category on fiance visa UK. On the visa4uk website , not sure if settlement or something else?.
Also if the category is settlement , what option I select next?.

Settlement. As I'm not able to log-in to the application, what options are you then given?

Do you intend to marry in the UK?

Hi , we want to marry in the U.K.
And apply from U.K for FLR.
