Documentation needed 4 non EEA PR

Hi members, let me make it very brief

1, Me non EEA got married to my EEA spouse in EEA country may 2003 still married
2, Came to live in UK with non EEA family permit oct 2011
3, My EEA spouse came to live in UK b4 me oct 2006
4, Me non EEA got my RC issued aug 2012
5, My EEA spouse got her EEA PR Nov 2012
6, My EEA spouse working with local council from 2008 - up to date
7, We have 2boys all born in UK
8, Me non EEA got 4 p60 with same employer
So members my question is what documents do i need to apply for my non EEA PR and when should I apply. Cheers !!!

Its not enough.
You need rock solid evidence of:

• ids (both);
  relationship;
  residence in UK (both parties);
  absences from UK within limits (both parties);
  exercise of treaty rights (sponsor);

Your qualifying period seems to start in 2011 (not 2012).
Suggest beef up the residence docs.

If sponsor has DCPR from 2012 then no need to exercise treaty rights since then.

Pro tip: if sponsor has ambitions for privilege of citizenship, don't let sponsor naturalise before your confirmation of PR is in the bag.

Yes she got DCPR from Nov.2012 and has been working since then non stop, So does that mean the EEA (Sponsor) p60 not required,
Any tips of solid evidence or should I include kids birth certificate and family pics?
I got all my boarding pass from Oct 2011 till date should I include them as well?
