Post by Mansour » Sun Oct 16, 2016 7:47 pm

Hello my situation is as follows am British by descent and my husband has applied for asylum got refused and got granted a a discretionary visa leave to remain basically he needs to extend it and his last date of extension in on the 14th of November 2016 my problem that were facing at the moment is that we can't afford to pay the IHS fees I know about the fee waiver and all but I was wondering what will happen if he doesn't extend his visa

Without a valid visa he will be an overstayer with no legal status. Unfortunately the application won't be accepted without payment of the IHS.
