Marry in uk with student visitor visa

I have a student visitor visa for 11 months ,my My fiancee is French ,she moved to UK 3 months ago to live with her Mum ,Im asking if I can Marry her in UK with this visa?
please help me with any useful advices.

Yes you can marry, but as foreign nationals you will have to give notice at a Home Office designated Registry Office. The Registrar is then legally bound to notify the HO who can then extend the notification period from 28 to 70 days in order to interview you both separately if they choose to do so before the wedding can take place.

When does your Tier 4 visa expire?

I don't have Tier4 visa,I have student visitor visa short term for 11 months.

Your challenge will be in convincing the Home Office that your relationship is genuine. If your girlfriend is dependent on her parent, I doubt that she will be able to sponsor you as an EEA family member if you marry.

I applied and I got my student visa 11 months
