EEA Family Permit for Parents in law

Hi,

We are living in UK for past 3 years. My husband is European National from Ireland and I hold Non EEA Resident document for 5 years.

I am planning to apply EEA Family Permit for my parent in India. I have brother in India and my parents not financially dependant on me. Can we still apply EEA Family Permit.

Has anyone successfully applied for EEA Family Permit for their Non EU nationals parents in law?

If yes what are the documents required, any guidance would help.

Parents need to prove they are financially dependent on their sponsor for essential daily needs.
