Tier 2 (in Country) Change of Employment : Documents needed

Hi ,

Could you please help me what are the documents need to be submitted for Changing employer in Tier 2 General Visa in UK and I have booked premium appointment on Wednesday.

It just says as Passport Document and 2 passport size photos..

Did we need not bring bank statements or any address proof as I already have tier 2 general..
