My Wife's visa extension

Post by awinash2716 » Tue Oct 18, 2016 10:51 am

Hi,

My wife's visa (spouse visa) extension is due. Could anyone please tell me about what documents are required? and also do I have to maintain the bank balance, if yes then how much it should be?

In a previous post you wrote that your wife has a dependent visa until Feb 2017.

The English language level is due to be raised to A2 for a FLR(M) extension.

Your wife will also have to pay the NHS surcharge of £500 in addition to the visa fee.
