Hi
My friend has got ILR 2 years ago by 10 years residence basis. He was student 3 years then on post study work visa for 2 years and then 5 years on HSMP. when he apply for HSMP for the first time in 2010 he shows 28k salary and 4k self employment.the 4K tax was paid in 2010. 2013 self employment tax he is paying in instalments.His son has got British passport as he born after his ILR.
Now he came to know that the company he worked for in 2009-2010 the company paid tax only for 16k salary.
His father is very ill and he want to visit him .
Can there be any immigration problem on His return to uk on airport ?
Should he apply for naturalisation?
If they find this problem in naturalisation or on the airport is there any chances of his ILR cancellation?
