UK spouse visa processing time?

Hello all
I am Pakistani national currently in US from last 2 years
Went Pakistan in May 2016 for 15 days only on my wedding to a british citizen

Application is: Non priority spouse visa
Application submitted: August 1st 2016
biometrics enrolled at USA: August 11 2016
Application mailed to Sheffield from USA on : August 12 2016
Application mailed from and currently in: USA
Passport and nationality : Pakistan
Application received confirmation from Sheffield: August 31 2016

On the same day August 31, ECO emailed that they need TB certificate as we didnt send them because I am exempt from it being in US from last 2 years.
Solicitor wrote a letter to Sheffield about this.
On September 21 2016 we received email from ECO saying disregard our email that we sent in 31 August and we will now further process your application.

Today October 19th is my 49th day from the date of my biometric.
Here my questions is am I counting my days right from the biometric taken date? Or should i consider the date September 21 as a new date for my visa processing time?
Is there anyone else with the same problem?
