Tier 2 General - Temporary or Permanent Visa

Hi there,
I am in the UK for the last three years on Tier 2 general category visa. My parents are applying for Standard Visitor visa to visit me.

On the application form they have asked to provide, what permission I have to be in the UK? The application form has the following options:
a) They have a temporary visa
b) They are in the UK permanently
c) They do not have a visa and are not in the UK permanently
d) I cannot contact my relative

I am wondering which option should they select for Tier 2 General category visa?

Option A ==> Temporary Visa

If Tier 2 General is considered as a temporary visa, then what is the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 5 Visa?

they are different categories of visas, meant for different groups/age/level/etc
