Hello lucky_smile .
I am also going to apply for the residence card as the EEA family member too.
I have one question that do i have to fill section 7 in application form ??

Has sponsor ceased activity in UK (retired, become incapacitated) or otherwise left UK?
- if so fill in S.7.
