Biometric for second time with different Ref numbers

Hello friends,
I need your advise about my case please.
I applied for EEA FM in August and I have successfully enrolled the biometric. I haven't received the COA even after 45 days till today. I have received the another biometric letter today asked me to enrol the biometric. I called and emailed the scan copies of post office receipts but didn't get any response.
Anyway I enrolled the biometric second time.

My confusion is that there are different Case/Ref numbers on the first and second one biometric letters. Basically, I have sent my wife payslips in additional document with the OLD or first biometric letter. I'm afraid that HO won't lose my wife payslips as I sent it with the first biometric letter where the case/Ref number was different??
