Uk spouse visa from India

Post by Abinikki » Fri Oct 21, 2016 2:33 am

This forum is just to brief & assist people who are or will apply for a UK spouse visa. I had a very tough time myself in applying for the same from New Delhi, India. Hence, in my opinion I & my husband firmly believe in helping in any sort of way to those who are or shall apply for the same.
I applied for my spouse visa in the month of June,2016 and as the documents were listed and upto my knowledge of research work online, I submitted my file duly. As usual, the only thing I could do is to wait for my visa result. Every morning praying to holy lord, that please wake me up to an email from VFS or UK visa office that a decision has been made.
Nevertheless, in just a months time, precisely, 29 days (not working but total days) I got an email, that a decision has been made on my file & I shall collect it from the desired VFS centre.
For me, nothing could have let my visa application down but only having me get through it, and fly to my husband after a long anticipation to join him.
Guess, I opened my file packet to learn that my visa was rejected. Aghast, I fell down shattered & crying like that was the end. No thought else than just drowning dreams & goals.
What do you expect from a newly wed to stay away from her husband & by no means will I be able to be with him.
After a couple of days, I decided with my husband mutually that this can't stop us from keeping away fromm each other. Hence, we decided to re-apply. It took a lot of everything, emotionally, finanicially, mentally !
But I had to get through that.
I gathered all the points of refusals, and the documents I missed on and applied one time more. I had waited for exactly 26working days ( 37 normal days) and the email came to my surprise and after reveiving the file in my hand with the least if broken dreams already, I screamed out to see that my Visa application was APPROVED !!!!

It is to all the readers who might like to sift on the internet for the much needed guidance & help about applying & the process of UK spouse visa. I would love to offer a helping hand & ear to your queries. FEEL FREE to ask any sort of querie regarding the same & i can assist you in the best possible way!
I have roughly provided a sketch of my situaition n case at that time. You can ask me to comprehensively explain you in regard with your own case. so i can be of any sort of help to you.

NOTE- Any assistance from me does not ensure any visa application success or failure. I do not give any official or legal guidance. I shall only help you giving an example & idea about my the then case. It is irrespective of anyone elses visa application case/result.

Kind regards
Abinikki
