Tier 2 - ICT Long Term - Dependant / Spouse Vis

Hi All,

I am currently on Tier 2 - ICT Long Term visa and would like to place an application for my spouse who will be living with me in the UK.

From the previous comments posted , I have compiled the below documents -

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
AAA PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT
AAA PASSPORT COPY
AAA BIOMETRICS CARD COPY
AAA PAYSLIPS
AAA BANK STATEMENTS
AAA TENANCY AGREEMENT
AAA COPY OF AIR TICKETS FOR ARRIVAL IN INDIA
WEDDING INVITATION
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS
COUNCIL BILL - AAA
CERTIFICATE OF SPONSORSHIP - AAA
COPY OF PASSPORT PAGE SHOWING ENTRY STAMP TO INDIA FOR WEDDING- AAA
CoS Letter from the employer- AAA
Offer Letter from the employer- AAA

UK PRE-DEPARTURE TUBERCULOSIS DETECTION PROGRAMME MEDICAL CERTIFICATE - XXX

AAA- ME & XXX - MY SPOUSE.

Whilst submitting the form online can you please advise the Category , Reason and type of Visa to select on the website.? Also, is there any document missing from the above.?
