Spouse visa decision in 7 working days

Hi

I made spouse visa application for my wife in Amsterdam nearly 12 days ago none priority.

She was refused last year because I didn't bank my part time job wages.

My wife schengen visa was expired she doesn't have any legal status in eu country. . I'm very nervous because we applied under special permission from Ukvi by the help of my MP.

I just want to ask if a decision made in 7 workings can be good or bad?

When you received the decision made emai if they refused the visa application after how long of that email they refund the NHS surcharge back into the account?

Please reply I'm very anxious about the quick decision email.

Any one with the refusal after how long they refunded back your NHS fees ?
