Tier 2 ILR

Post by kakool » Sat Oct 22, 2016 10:03 pm

Dear Members
I am going to apply ILR based on Tier 2 General and have booked the premium service appointment. I filled the SET 0 form and gathered all supporting documents. can someone please answer following questions.

1. I've changed my address recently and informed my employer, is it necessary to inform home office too? if yes should I send change of circumstances form couple of days before my appointment?

2. I have P60s for 5 years 2 of them are short of salary £280 and £395 which is mentioned in CoS and two of them are above £3000 and £5000 the salary mentioned in CoS. can I submit my 5 years P60s with the application or just keep them with me and provide if they ask for them?

3. I am going to submit my last 3 months payslips and bank statements, do I need to submit 12 months payslips and bankstatements or 3 months are sufficient?

4. can I use double sides printed application form?

thanks

1. Not necessary - but you can put your new house address in the form

2. It's advisable to keep p60s as it's shows your economic activity for last 5 years

3. 3 months payslip and 3 months bank statement will do.

4. Not sure - but go for single sided prints - my suggestion

Dear Rambo_ILR
thanks very much for the reply and your valuable suggestion. I already filled SET 0 form but tomorrow I'll fill single side papers.

I have photocopies of all supporting documents and passports including the pages with stamps. do I need photocopy of SET 0 too?

thanks

No not required to photocopy the application form. But take photocopies of all other original supporting documents.
