Whatsapp screen shots i have samsung S7 so when tou swipe your hand on it you can get screenshot. I have attached these with the application. He said whatsapp wont show who it belongs to so he is not sure.
Skype i took screenshots by pressing printscreen button. He has rejected those too.
I agree i didnt show these for before and after marriage. Those were only after marriage ones
By marriage certificate, could they perhaps be referring to the original nikah-nama with english translation?
Well, if you got refused on "won't show who it belongs to", I am assuming when you took the screenshots and I assume only you took these screenshots and not your spouse. When you took the screenshots, doesn't her name appear on the top as it usually does? and are you not mentioned within the messages itself whilst messaging her?
Same goes for skype, when you take screenshots, your profile name and picture (if you have one) appears on the top left and your spouse's whilst talking to her. So, again, it comes down to how you took the screenshots, because it's impossible for this not to appear on WhatsApp and especially on Skype.
Of course, this assumes, this is the sole reason why it got refused and not due to lack of evidence provided.
But you have mentioned that you only provided after marriage and didn't provide Facebook convos and emails even though you profess that you do have them. This would be certainly something I would discuss in detail with your solicitor.
