FLR M While FLR FP Application Pending

Good Evening Board Members,

I need to question on behalf of my friend

he is going to get married on next week IA with A British Citizen

currently his FLR FP Application is pending in Home Office. he is still waiting for outcome.

now he wants to apply for FLR M straight after getting married. now what should he do?

how can he vary his FLR FP application? will he needs to pay IHS charges Again for FLR M? he has already paid on FLR FP?

kindly help with this matter

yes all the requirements for FLR M are completed. just waiting for wedding to get registered.

also they are not living together right now because of Religious reason.

there religious wedding will take place on december 2016.

so please advise how and what he needs to do now if he wants to apply for FLR M straight after registration of marriage?

I believe from what solicitors have said to me is that you need to withdraw the case and resubmit.

Would you not want to wait for an answer?

It seems they are wrong. It will nevertheless not be the first time.

It's Nearly 6 months he submitted his FLR FP application

he has very low chance that he will get his visa on FLR FP basis

he applied for FLR FP because he wanted to gain some time so he can get married.

now his wedding will take place on coming weekend IA.

he wants to apply for FLR M

all the requirements are complete for FLR M.

so please need help how to vary FLR FP and how can he apply for FLR M now?
