Financial Requirements for FLR (M)

Hi all,

One of my neighbours yesterday asked two questions about their immigration.

1. Husband British Citizen... wife needs to apply for FLR (M) extension next month.. they have two children... both UK born and british. Now what is the minimum annual salary required for wife's Visa extension ?


2. Husband's annual salary around £15,000 & wife''s around £5,000. Is their combined income which is around £20,000 will be enough to satisfy financial requirements? Noted.. they don't have any saving..


As far i know, as two children british citizen, though they are dependant.. they are exempted for financial requirements... so, i believe they need combined income of £18,600 which they have...

Sorry.... if i am right.... i just want to make sure they advice i am giving them... is 100% correct.... I am also telling them to take professional advice for any problem... anyway.... plz let me know... if i am right !!
