We applied for reconsideration of a naturalisation application (wrongly rejected as they failed to read their own guide).
My question is how long do they take to process this. I spoke to the call centre and they said there is no definite time limit....really

Acknowledgement letter received : 26 April 2016
Its 6 months tomorrow, so I just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this before?
How long they usually take?
Is there a way of knowing the application status?
Anyway of speeding this up (being too hopeful, i know).
