His hearing was due in 21 oct 2016 unfortunately he got badely sick worse back pain and server stress caused unable to attend hearing. He submitted GP letter in court through his solicitor stating his health condition before the hearing date. unfortunitely court did not accept the letter and rejected his appeal. Could you please help him what he should do next?

It all depends on availability of judges. Can take up to 6 weeks or as much as 6 months in some cases.

My friend told me he received adjournment refusal from FTT. Should he wait for judge decision on his ILR application before apply for permission to appeal?

Hi imii
He submitted his appeal at FTT in January 2015 and got hearing date in oct 2016. What about your case? Do you know how long it's take to received final judgement statement from FTT after refused adjournment?
