Hi, I have qick question regarding Good Character for British Citizenship---In 2014 I got court summon for not paid fine to DVLA.I made a statutory declaration that I had not aware about any fine due to address change.Court accept my statement and send information back to DVLA.
DVLA sent me fixed penalty notice for £60 which I paid on time and matter was closed.
MY question is that do I need to wait for 3 year is this criminal conviction or not?
