You should have advised HO of your change of status (as you agreed to do in signing the application form).
It may be too late now (you may face refusal due to the negative response from past employer) but suggest you update HO anyway.

Just send brief letter to explain your change of status to a new status (and since when).
Cross-reference the current application clearly.

Its not clear for which application the HO was following up with the employer.

But if its for RC application, and HO does not think you are working and does not know your status changed, then that's not good for you.

But in eea application my employment is not important.it is my eea national partner who she still working as a self employed. Since my application I did my biometric in July and then they send COA for PR application.but I submitted my application for eea fm.and I emailed and send letter to them to issue me with correct COA.but still they didn't issue COA.

In that case why worry in first place. If sponsor's status has changed update HO, that's all.

Topic subject says EFM and you mention FM so not sure which COA you expect.

Hi noajthan
The letter I saw today it's from immigration enforcement team. It's telling the business owner don't employ mr*****he/she and if he is not working with you ignore this letter. There is my name and my NI Number. Since 5 months I don't work anywhere even HMRC know that I am un employed.but in there letter there is no contact telephone number or there post address. Just in the back immigration enforcement signature.but my application is still in Liverpool and under consideration. Will this letter effect my application?
Thanks for your help
