We should record our peaceful Protest for our RIGHTS on Burg

Post by Sajji11 » Thu Oct 27, 2016 1:50 pm

Hi All,
We should demonstrate a peaceful protest for our "EU Rights"
INIS is violating the EU Directive and we are being denied for our rights and for a simple decision we are waiting for over an year.

EU member states can only deny this rights on following two bases.
1. If family member has some serious health issue which can cause trouble for general public, like some epidemic disease like TB etc.
2. If family member has serious Criminal record like link to terrorism.

If family member is not falling into these two grounds then Member state should grant him/her Residence under EU-Directive Ec as member of same household or Dependent.

So please comments what you think whether you are in or out.

Thanks

You must dissist from doing this. This forum cannot be used a protest organising platform.

You must stop this.
