Employee BR tax code but no second job

Employee BR tax code but no second job

My company's full time employee's tax code has been changed to BR because she has rental income from her second property and has to pay tax on her previous year's rental income.
Could this cause an issue with HO, because usually this happens when the employee has a second job?

No, you are allowed to have a second job/income. there is no requirement that your employee must be only working for you
