Adequate Maintenance - Please Help

Post by rehankhan870 » Sat Oct 29, 2016 6:34 pm

Amber please reply me.
I have ILR status and my wife has ILE. We want to sponsor our son 5 years from pakistan to the UK.
How many months wage slips do we need to show and We are already on the combination of 45 hours a week and working tax £64 a month, but rules says no recourse to public funds.
I'm very confused. Please help me.
Thanks

I'm not the best person to calculate this for you. Hopefully someone else will step in.

Thanks for the co-operation.
Will that be fine if we have claimed the working tax credit if we are going to apply for our child ILE but rules say for adequate and maintenance no recourse to public funds.
But we are on working tax credit already.
Please help me in this issue.
Casa thanks alot anyway

You're entitled to claim tax credits.
