Premium Appointment this week....

Hi Guys

I posted a few weeks ago about which form I should use for ILR after a failed Asylum on a 6 year route (1st DL granted 2009) and it seemed appropriate to use FLR (DL), however some of you advised SET (O), very confusing, which I had my heart set on anyway, so I have taken the gamble and booked my premium appointment this week.
Does anyone have any tips or suggestions I can use to support my decision for using SET (O) should the case worker ask why I haven't used DL and reject my appointment?
From what some of you say, I should use SET (O) because I fall into the Transitional Arrangements, does anyone have supporting information I can refer to to support my decision on using this form.

Please wish me luck as I have a lot riding on this appointment and feel really scared.
