FLRO to Tier 2 variation - urgent

Post by Jopipeline » Mon Oct 31, 2016 3:37 am

Hi, I made an FLRO appication after I was given a curtailment on my Tier 2 visa when my company made me redundant. I received an acknowledgement on the FLRO application two weeks later and also received a letter requesting for my biometrics. I have been offered a job but the company is in the process of issuing me a CoS for a Tier 2 application.

My questions are:

1. If the FLRO application is decided, will I get a chance to make another fresh application?

2. If the FLRO application is rejected, will this break my continuous stay in the UK as I have been here for 8 years?

3. Can I still make a variation application after I have given my biometrics?

4. Is it possible to make variation twice on the same application?

5. If I make a variation application before the last day I was supposed to give my biometrics, can I ignore doing the biometrics and then email HO informing them that my application has been varied?

Your responses will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Under what grounds do you believe you qualify for FLR(O) ?
(Casa, not CR001)

I applied for the FLR (O) under the grounds that I have a job offer for which I require time to allow my employer to provide me with a CoS to make my tier 2 application.
