accountant letter - new post created

Post by saeed123 » Mon Oct 31, 2016 6:00 pm

Hi all ,
please some one help me to understand :

on the accountant letter verifying that the new post have been created ,do we need tho mention all the post the company created or just the 2 post what we are claiming points ?

in my company on the same role there were 3 staff in the same time, 2 were part time and 1 fulltime and full time employee resigned the job and i made the par timer fulltime after that. i am claiming points only for full time , so do i need to mention the part time staff worked hours in the accountant letter.

is there any problem if we show a staff worked in a role for a year and then moved to another role ?

- Accountant letter is not a form of evidence to prove job creation unless you joined/taken over a business. Read the guide carefully !
- If an employee moved to another role, it should not be a problem. However for post 2014 applicants, each role must last at least 12 months to be counted for award of points

Many thanks Zimba .
And in the application form their is a column to fill when did you start declare paye through FPS.
my accountant saying its started from April 2014 . But I read somewhere it started from October 2013. My accountant not providing me the FPS from DEC 2013 untill April 2014. So do you have any idea how do I find out when did i started using FPS and how can I access Missing FPS .

What you accountant says is correct. That is when he/she started submitting payroll for your company

RTI reporting has been compulsory since October 2013. If you hired anyone from that time onwards, you MUST have reported PAYE via RTI.
If your accountant has no records of PAYE until April 2014 (why ??) you can ask HMRC to provide you with the summary of all RTI submissions.
