IELTS misspelling

Hi
It would be much appreciated if someone could help me.
In the process of preparing the spouse visa application for wife from Pakistan. I have the IELTS Life Skills A1 TRF and wife's surname is incorrectly spelt. Surname should be 'Ashfaq' but is noted as 'Ishfaq' other details on TRF are fine such passport number etc. Will this result in the application being refused?
