Checklist for Tier 2 Dependant Visa

Hi,

Thank you for sparing your time in reading this post. Your help is much appreciated.

We got married recently and my wife works(perm) for an A-rated UK company since last three years, she has Tier 2 General till 2018.

Following are the questions I drafted from the top of my head.

1. Do we have to maintain funds for myself(630) and my wife(945) in our individual accounts for 90 days or is it fine for my wife to show both (630+945) in her account?

2. Do I have to apply for the visa or can she apply for me?

3. Since she lived in a shared flat all this time, she does not have any utility bills on her name, should we have to rent a flat on her name to fulfill Tenancy letter requirement?

4. What are the other important requirements for making this application?

1. only either of u need 630 for 3 months. unless the employer can give a letter certifying your maintainence.
2. She needs to give you all the letters etc, and u need to apply the visa.
3. Shared accomdation is fine. Attach a letter from landlord stating there is enough space for u to live in same room.
4 Do a bit of work yourself too, search the forum and guides first. Ask any doubts.

Can someone help us with the format of letter to support and certify maintenance of Tier 2 Dependent from an A-rated sponsor.

My wife is applying for me and she has to ask for a letter with regards to this requirement.

we would appreciate your advice and a format of letter to ask her sponsor.
