Post office closed and have not collected BRP card

Hi ,

My dependents traveled two weeks late and once they arrived UK i went to collect BRP Card to the post office kept a note saying temporarily closed and will intimate when they resume back . Now My dependents visa is completed by today and do not have BRP for them what to do. i tried calling that post office number but no one responding .

please let me know what to do now .
