i received my SAR last week and unfortunately there is no acquired PR date on anywhere on the 30 pages that HO sent to me but there is proof that:

-)my ex wife was exercising her treaty right as worker from 31/10/2005 till the date of decree absolute
-)my ex wife has been issued with registration certificate on the basis of 12 months authorized WRS employment .

and also I have
-)my ex employer letter show she was working continuously from 31/10/2005 till sep 2010

You will need to wait 10 years since the date you became legal.
another issue here: when i have started to be legal?

-the day of my marriage
-the day of home office send me the certificate of application (COA) with the right of work
-the day of home office issued my permit residence
