Which Form?

Hello All,

I just took my British Passport a few months back. My wife has been in the UK for 5 years now and has had the ILR for 2 years.

We decided that only I would take the passport initially but now have decided to also take hers. Please could someone let me know which form should I fill to apply for naturalisation?

Is it FORM (AN) like everyone else? or would it be a different form?

Yes the same form AN.

B1 level English (or NARIC ELA) in addition to the Life in the UK test is required.
(Casa, not CR001)
