ICT long term dependent to T2G primary

Hi,
I am currently on Tier 2 Long Term ICT migrant visa and my wife has a spouse visa (Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner). We are from India.
I want to know:
1. If it is possible for my wife to get a Tier 2 general visa? Does she need to go outside UK? Is there a cooling off period?
2. If it is possible for me to switch to a Tier 2 general visa? Can I apply from within UK? Is there a cooling off period?
3. If my wife is able to get a Tier 2 General visa, for me to get a dependent visa, do I need to cancel my current visa or does that happen automatically when I get a new one??
4. Is it better for both of us to apply together or should I apply after she gets hers?
5. My spouse's employer is already registered in the licensed sponsors list - does they need to conduct a labour market test to hire my spouse?
