Hi

I need some help.In regards to Tier 1 Entrepreneur job creations can someone clear the home office needs total numbers of hours for both employees or number of months (12months) required?

You must show minimum 12 months employment and minimum 30 Hrs per week or 130 hrs per month or 1560hrs per year.

You can't reduce hours from minimum and also you can't reduce 12 months of employment of one employee or employees in aggregate.

No you cannot. The rules require you to show an employee working for 52 weeks and min 30 hours a week. Time worked beyond 30 hours a week is discarded so you cannot reduce 52 weeks requirement as you will be short of hours

If you need to see what the rules says and why you CANNOT do it :
49. A full time job is one involving at least 30 hours of work a week. Two or more part time jobs that add up to 30 hours a week will count as one full time job, and may score points in Tables 5 and 6, if both jobs exist for at least 12 months. However, one full time job of more than 30 hours work a week will not count as more than one full time job. If jobs are being combined, the employees being relied upon must be clearly identified by the applicant in their application. Jobs that have existed for less then 12 months cannot be combined together to make up a 12 month period.

wonder if you were referring to this transitional arrangement case! if you qualify for this, there is a good range of flexibility, otherwise, guidance is clearly stating the requirement of 2 job creation which must be existing continuously for 12 months.
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... 4_2016.pdf

Pre 6 April 2014 transitional arrangement
169. If you successfully applied to enter the route before 6 April 2014, and you are making an
extension application or a 5 year settlement application, you may continue to employ:
 one worker for 24 months
 one worker for 6 months and one for 18 months
 4 workers for 6 months each
and score points for job creation.
