Post by new000 » Sat Nov 05, 2016 5:10 pm

Hi members
I got my ILR. Long residency visa in September 2016, previous visa was tier 1 entrepreneurs. We have 2 children's born in UK that I have sent MN1 form 27 October 2016 there biometric done. But my wife is dependant of my previous visa tier 1 entrepreneurs which is valid until end of December 2016. I have only about 2 month my wife visa expire . Now the situation is I do not fulfil the FLR M. Form I mean financial requirement. She has msc degree from outside U.K. We have only NARIC assessment certificate according to NARIC her msc degree is equal UK bachelor degree. She come in uk 2010 but unfortunately she spent about 2 year continue out of uk for personal reason. I am think I fill FLR FP form and taking 10 year route I have few question you guys. I hope I will get proper advice about this situation. I will post this application end of December 2016.
1. What Documents require for this application?
2. How long HO give the visa?
3. On this if visa approve can she work full time?
4. Is this visa further extendable or can we switch another route?
5. And finally how much Health surcharge will be?

Sorry I ask many question I really need advice from you
Thanks

1. What Documents require for this application? Read through this link:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _05-16.pdf
2. How long HO give the visa? Generally a lengthy process due to being more complex
3. On this if visa approve can she work full time? Yes
4. Is this visa further extendable or can we switch another route? Vary to FLR(M) when requirements are met, or can be extended
5. And finally how much Health surcharge will be? £500

Sorry I ask many question I really need advice from you

Ensure you apply for FLR(FP) Partner route as your wife doesn't qualify for the parent route.
