ICT tier 2 Staff Migrant -- permium service for extension

Hi ,
I have applied for my tier-2 staff migrant extension from UK last week. Unfortunately, I need to travel urgently. Am I eligible for premium service ?

I did check the ukgov site , but could not find any link to book appointment for my visa type .

Any information/suggestions will help me a lot
