FLR(M) spouse working overseas

Post by proudlygemini » Sun Nov 06, 2016 12:47 pm

Hello House,

I'm about to apply for my FLR(M) in feb 2017 thats 28days before my 30th anniversary. My husband who's my sponsor was working here in England past 6 months and before that had a 6months job in Germany(2 weeks off and 2week on) Now he has just recently started a job in Egypt two months now, he comes home every 8weeks for 3 weeks. He gets paid to his Uk bank account monthly and we have proof that he's been living here for the past 2 years I've been resident here( tenancy agreements, utility bills and bank statements) the question is does he need to get a confirmed job offer as an overseas sponsor coming to live and work in the uk. We surpass the financial requirement and do not collect any financial benefits from the government. When i did my first spouse visa application we were both resident in Nigeria and we used the overseas sponsor returning route because he got a job offer, i don't know if we can do that again. Please your advice would be kindly appreciated
