Question Regarding Tier 1 Visa - Third Party Funding

I have just joined this forum and completely impressed by astonishing amount of priceless information available here.

My question is regarding third party funding revelant to 200k Tier 1 Entrepreneur Route

100K of funds are available for me in india and rest 100K are available for me through a third part funder in UK, How can I make application from within UK ? and outside UK?

If applying from within UK do my all 200k funds needs to be physically maintained in a bank here ?

If applying from outside UK (India) how can I justify I have access to funds from my Third part funder in UK and will any letter from him is sufficient enough if I apply from India?


My second question is I am a Tier 4 Dependent already self employed with HMRC, Am I allowed to switch to Tier 1 Ent visa from within UK ?

Apparently you are on dependant visa which does not allow you to switch to become a main applicant. You MUST apply from India.

All 200K must be here if you are switching in the UK only. Seems you cannot switch

No, dependant visa holder cannot become main applicants. Apply from India
