child british passport from pakistan

Hi, my frnd is British citizen, his wife and daughter are pakistani national and they need to apply for spouse visa, his 2nd child was born few month back and before the birth of 2nd child my frnd had became BC by naturalization, so 2nd child is British citizen by birth, as the moment he wants to apply british passport for 2nd child from pakistan. after getting passport than he will aplly spouse visa for his wife and daughter

what documents he needs for his 2nd child first british passport?
what is the procedure?

If his child was born outside of the UK, the father can't apply directly for their British passport. The child will first have to register on form MN1 and this can take up to a year to be processed. Only once the registration is approved can the passport be applied for.

Casa i think 2nd Child appears to qualify under section 2 (1). There us no need to do MN1. If passport application is taking long, or will be open to them to apply for Pakistani citizenship and get a certificate of entitlement of a right of abode.
