Renting a double bedroom for spouse visa

Hi All,

I am going to apply for my wife's visa from Pakistan. I need information regarding accommodation, please.

I am currently renting a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom property (3 bedroom, 01 living room, 01 Spam, 01 Bathroom). Spam and bathroom are shared.

My landlord is also living in the same flat. They are 3 people; My landlord, his wife and their less than 2 years old child.

The part 2 of "APPENDIX 2 (VAF4A DECEMBER 2013)" is asking for the following information.

2.5 How many bedrooms are there in the property [ ]
2.6 How many others rooms are there in the property [ ]
2.7 Does anyone, other than your sponsor, live in the property? Yes[ ] No[ ] If ‘Yes’ please provide full details of
each other person living in the property

Full name Age Relationship to Sponsor Nationality Passport number

Questions:
As I am renting one double bedroom only, do I need to put 3 or 1 in 2.5?
As I am renting one double bedroom only , do I need to put 1 or 0 in 2.6?
As I am renting one double bedroom only, do I need to tick [Yes] or [No] in 2.7?

If I thick [Yes] for 2.7, it is asking for further information. I can provide further information only (Full name, Age, Relationship to sponsor (should it be landlord OR Friend?) and Nationality). But my landlords are not willing to provide their passport numbers.

If in need to tick Yes in 2.7, can I leave "Passport number" section blank?


Just so that it might help, I am also showing my owned property which is in another city (not in the city where I am renting a double bedroom at the moment) and mentioning in the cover letter to HO that once the visa is granted I would like to move to my own property with my family in future.
