Post by Beatunia » Mon Nov 07, 2016 3:50 pm

Hi, me and my partener with our little daughter wants to go to Poland for two weeks . We live and work in London , my parter is from Ghana but he has EEU fanilly memeber visa to work and live beacause of me . I hold Polish passport and my daughter
British. To call Polish embassy for advice is nightmare, does any one know if we need visa and is it possible to obtain Schengain visa . How does it look as we not married and I know some countries like mine may be sensitive in this matter.

Do you mean partner holds a valid RC for EFM?
Or is it a UK FP?

If it's a RC then partner should be able to travel - as long as airline recognises it and allows you all to board (if flying).

Note you may have to carry evidence of your relationship & etc

Or else play safe and get a Schengen visa.
