Sister Visiting UK

Hello Guys,

I have a small query.. Mys sister want to visit me for 3 months holiday from end of Dec till end of March 17. She is a recent graduate and her job starts from first week of April so is the offer letter from her company enough to show the ties back home? I will be sponsoring her and she has decent saving of approx 3.5 lakhs to show as maintenance.
Just wanted to know if offer letter will work as proof that she will go back to India after Holiday. Thanks a lot for your response.
